Winter Weather and You

Here in the South we are known for our hospitality and home cooked meals, but not for bitterly cold winter days! So remember to protect yourself from pneumonia, colds and other icky things by bundling up when you go to the gym. You may be hot after that workout but stepping out into that frosty air with uncovered skin could do more damage than you think. Frostbite, windburn and breathing problems could occur. Stay safe this winter and all year long.

Goals and Resolutions

We are half way through January. How are you doing maintaining your resolutions? Remember to set obtainable goals to help you achieve your main goal. Here at Zumba central I am in full swing with all my new classes. I love this time of year (not the weather of course) it always so much fun to have new, motivated, and energized people in class. Still unsure about Zumba? Check out www.zumba.com or visit my YouTube page www.youtube.com/lilmissstowe to see what Zumba is all about.

New Year's Resolutions 010210

Along with my other resolutions for this year I have decided to start blogging. It will be geared toward Zumba so all you fanatics can get your daily fix whether or not you come to class. It gives me the opportunity to share my thoughts and ideas with you as well as allowing you to give me some feedback. That said let me outline what I have in mind.

A.I will keep you updated on my class schedule
B. Post new songs and videos
C. Let you know of any upcoming events in the area
D. Keep you updated on all the latest Zumba news
E. Post inspirational stories and testimonials

So for now, I will just say that I enjoy being a part of the Zumba community and look forward to teaching every day. To all my students, may you have a happy, healthy, and prosperous new year.
